At SHEs At Home, we feel it's important to help other stay at home executives. To help, we offer a mentoring program. A mentor is someone who has been in your shoes, knows the short cuts and has made the mistakes. A mentor is someone who is here to help get your "feet wet". A mentor will answer your questions whether you are new to direct sales, online business, etc.

• Karyn Fagan: I am a small business owner and creator. I started two businesses from the ground up without a bit of help from anyone. I designed my own candle line. I know the best tricks and I know the best sites to advertise. I can help you do it, too. My background is in sales and marketing. I also have a degree from UCSD in marketing. That degree only goes so far - it's the valuable tips I have learned along the way that really matter. I would love to help you be successful too.

• Kara Kelso: I've owned Mom's Market for a year now, and have also had experience with direct sales and MLM. Mom's Market has always been my passion though, and what I spend most of my time on. I also own several other smaller sites that are more hobbies than anything else, and promote them through search engine marketing (one of my strengths). I also help organize 2 hostess online parties, which will be starting back up in January.
